• Made in USA. Printed on Dur-O-Tone Butcher Off White 100#C Paper made by French Paper Company in Michigan. Printed, die cut, punched, and packaged in Ohio.

• Dimensions: Letter size, 8½ × 11 inches with ½ inch tab (9 inch total width).
