Shipping

We ship packages using the US Postal Service. Small orders with only one item are shipped via First Class Mail (2-3 days) and larger packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days). We may also fulfill orders from our Amazon inventory and these may be sent using other carriers such as UPS or FedEx.

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

In most cases orders will ship within two business days. However, please do allow 1–4 business days after the order is submitted for your order to be shipped.

Our shipping rates are based on weight. Letter size sheets, for example, are heavier to ship than junior size sheets, particularly because we only use heavyweight paper.

Although we do not yet ship internationally from our website, please contact us if you live outside the United States and are interested in purchasing our products.

Returns

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Our products are notebook/planner paper refills only. Pens, notebooks, and other decorative items in product photos are not included.
